Very poor quality of service. I am a long time, over a decade patron of this store. Three (3) weeks ago I went into the store and purchased Apple Airpods, which are not cheap. I returned to the store two (2) days later with them not connecting, etc. The salesperson assisted me in resolving the issue--the manager refused to replace the airpods just two days later. I was informed to take them with you and see how they do now. I explained to them I would be out of the area for the next two weeks; their reply was no problem, just bring them back if they do not work properly when you get back. Today I returned to the store and the manager refused to honor the airpods and his words. The store had me call Apple stay on the phone 37.16 minutes and was informed I would need to pay Apple $78 for replace (of the new airpods). I do not recommend the airpods, nor this store.
