i was a customer for years unfortunately omar left & these new people take full advantage of the fact that im not tech savvy!!! i was in a rut & needed a phone asap they sold me a "new" iphone 6 for$300 & then the pos didn't even last 6 months!!! talked with apple & they informed me that whomever sold me the phone knew they were selling garage!! i will never buy or sell with them again. i advise you to do the same!!! read more

Careful !!!!! asked to have a battery replaced, they did but they damaged the home button , became too sensitive, cable damage. returned to have it looked at ,they had to replace it with non fingerprint button. They do charge you to fix what they damage as well parts and labor . Be aware. read more

Pretty screen replacements. Went in with a phone that charged fast (under an hour) and working buttons. Now it takes 1-2 days to charge. Now I have to try and sell my phone because it couldn't last a without being hooked up to a charger all day. Phone gets very hot too. I've visited them 3 times one claiming that the last time I will get my money back if they can't correct it. I did not receive one. read more

I shopped my gold at other places in Alexandria. The Aurum Place had the best price. The people in the mall offered me a lot less than I ended up getting at the Aurum Place. The guy on 29 West had a broken scale or something. My stuff's weight was consistent with every one except his where is was over an ounce less! I don't need to shop around anymore! read more
