A team of technicians from Barham Business Services repaired my gas dryer, which wasn't heating. On…read moreolder model dryers you just relit the pilot light. No more! So I called for service, hoping to get the repair done that day. They arrived on the day I called, but a part was needed and was ordered, the part that does the puts out the gas heat. So I had to wait for about ten days. When the part arrived, the repair team came. It had been a busy day for them, but they arrived after hours at 6:30 pm. There were unforeseen complications, but they persevered until they had completed the necessary repairs, leaving at 10:30 pm. They patiently persisted, maintaining their courtesy and patience throughout. The dryer has been working perfectly for the three weeks since the repairs were completed. Thanks so much to Dustin and Jeremy and their supervisor Tracy, who joined the team to help when the going got tough!
