So I called for service, hoping to get the repair done that day. They arrived on the day I called, but a part was needed and was ordered, the part that does the puts out the gas heat. So I had to wait for about ten days. When the part arrived, the repair team came. It had been a busy day for them, but they arrived after hours at 6:30 pm. There were unforeseen complications, but they persevered until they had completed the necessary repairs, leaving at 10:30 pm.
