The staff at BestWay in Ruston was very helpful and friendly. They helped me measure some refrigerators and wrote information down, so I could go home and see how it would fit in my kitchen space. I've been to many other appliance stores and Bestway is by far the best. They have an awesome team that is super friendly and very helpful.

I ordered appliances a year ago. Once the appliances arrived at the store, we did not receive one called. I also had moved states (12 hours away) after appliances were ordered. They agreed to have them shipped. I agreed to pay shipping costs. I have got the run around and lie after lie. I have been told 5 or more times appliances were being shipped/on truck/ at the shipping warehouse.... Then the sales associate admits he messed up, and offered to cover the shipping with express shipping so we would have them by Christmas. I never received a tracking number but he assured me the appliances were on a truck headed to us and they were in Atlanta on they're way. -a blatant lie!! We were recently told the truth, (so we think) the appliances were never shipped because Bestway never paid the shipping company. These appliances apparently have been sitting in their store for 2 months or more. We even told them in the beginning we would come get them if we needed to however they insisted on shipping them to us and making it right. I am now worried we got completely scammed and their no appliances at all. read more

The facilities were clean and very presentable. I love the way they had everything arranged. The agent greeted us right away and was very attentive to our needs all the way down to measuring the items for us. When we went back we dealt with the owner himself and had a great conversation with him in the midst of conducting our business. I actually felt like were dealing with a company that was owned and operated by ppl that treat their customers like family. We will definitely go back there soon. .. This business is stellar! They have ample parking. As I entered the store I was happily greeted. Michael, the store owner, took his time in explaining the pros and cons of the different mattresses that interested me. He encouraged me to lie on each of them and take my time to decide. He was both professional and personable. His wife even looked up the bed I purchased online to help determine if I needed a box spring or not. These people care about their customers and it shows. Though I didn't purchase the mattress on that visit, I was so impressed with how they made me feel that I went right back a couple hours later and purchased the mattress! They welcomed me back with open arms! I hope to purchase a washer/dryer tomorrow and an adjustable bed for hubby and me in the very near future. In a world where customer service appears to be dead, this company understands how to make the customer feel like they truly matter. I love the service that this intimate company offers.
