They told her it would be before noon. We waited around all day, no plumber came & no one called us. Then Thursday morning I called them & asked them what happened. Guess what happened. No one ever showed up or called. So, like they say, "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". Two days they were scheduled no one came or called. I had seen their trucks around, so I knew they serviced Monroe. I gave them a call and within a few days, I had a consultation appointment with Jimmy Mack and signed up with them that day. They provided me with three (3) options, all of which were completely out of my price range but thankfully they offered financing. In the end I decided to re-pipe the entire house instead of stressing over a leak developing with the hot water side. Yes, it was expensive and it literally took all day, but again it only took one (1) day. When they left, I had running water again and no leaks. I probably could have gotten the job done for less but I'm glad I called MJ & Sons and I'm even more grateful that Mike Matteson was assigned to my ticket/work order.
