The service men who delivered it, Justin and a helper were very nice and didn't leave until they put it in the area I wanted it. Justin made sure I was happy with where they put it and he made sure it was working before he left. Both guys who delivered it were hard workers and very nice. 5 stars for these two. The associate who sold me the freezer was a very nice gentleman who worked quickly and went to lengths to make sure I would get it delivered the next day. This has been a very positive purchase!

They remembered who I was after only having went a couple of times. I'd go to Walgreen's dozens of times, and they always had that blank, clueless look on their faces. Don't even get me started on the Walgreen's in Monroe. The woman behind the counter completely ignored me, so she could bitch about a previous customer to her coworker. Extremely unprofessional. When she FINALLY acknowledged my existence, I told her never mind. I'll find another pharmacy and have my prescriptions transferred there. I'll never give Walgreen's another dime of my money. I wanted the arrangement…read moreto be extremely nice and big and asked what price would get me that with lots of beautiful colorful flowers because the occasion was a super special one. He didn't go over the flowers with me and said spring flowers. I asked several times if this certain amount would be enough or did I need to spend more. I wanted to make sure that roses was in the equation. I was shocked when I received a picture of the arrangement from the recipient. When I called to say I was disappointed the same gentlemen answered the call. He remembered me. He said all the flowers that were chosen were very expensive flowers. I said there are a huge bunch of daisys, those aren't expensive. He said well those are filler flowers. I showed and asked several people and another florist and they said no way that is worth what you paid for it. I told him I was disappointed. His attitude instantly was very abrupt and rude. He was not going to hear of any of that at all. He told me that he would just go over there and pick them up. I said I am not asking that at all. He insisted and said he was not going to listen to me complain about their services and that he was driving over there to pick them up. He was raising his voice at me. I was in a gift store and the surrounding people around me could hear him from my phone and it was not on speaker. He refused to do anything for me, lower the price, bring different flowers, he said all he was going to do was go pick it up. Said something like he would have his flowers back. I asked him to please not do that. I said please have a heart and don't ruin someone's special occasion, and he said he was going to go pick them up because I complained. The people in the store I was at could not believe what they were hearing. This is very disappointing. I then had to call the recipient and tell them that someone was coming to pick up their flowers against my wishes because I had a complaint. I will never do business with them again.
