It was my aunt's birthday and I wanted to brighten her day. Heather answered the phone and was pleasant from the moment she answered. I had many questions - she was patient with me and she happily answered them all. Heather explained that I could purchase a floral arrangement through their website, but I really didn't have time to browse so she took pictures of the arrangements they had in-shop and texted them to me within minutes. I was able to pick a very beautiful arrangement and process my order over the telephone. The whole process took 8 minutes!! I'm TERRIBLE at flower arranging and could have done a better job than this. After we got home, we let our local florist know how bad the arrangement was, and they reached out to Brooks Florist to discuss it. Brooks was completely unsympathetic, even a bit snotty about it, and refused to credit back anything for the less-than-lackluster work on their part.
