It was my aunt's birthday and I wanted to brighten her day. Heather answered the phone and was pleasant from the moment she answered. I had many questions - she was patient with me and she happily answered them all. Heather explained that I could purchase a floral arrangement through their website, but I really didn't have time to browse so she took pictures of the arrangements they had in-shop and texted them to me within minutes. I was able to pick a very beautiful arrangement and process my order over the telephone. The whole process took 8 minutes!! I'm sure the florist must not have expected us to ever see the flowers, for what else would explain the fact that our $125 got us a bunch of carnations, baby's breath, and unopened lilies plopped in a vase in the most simple and mundane arrangement possible? I'm TERRIBLE at flower arranging and could have done a better job than this. After we got home, we let our local florist know how bad the arrangement was, and they reached out to Brooks Florist to discuss it. Brooks was completely unsympathetic, even a bit snotty about it, and refused to credit back anything for the less-than-lackluster work on their part. DO NOT TRUST your care and dollars to this florist. Your loved ones (and you) deserve much better.

He didn't go over the flowers with me and said spring flowers. I asked several times if this certain amount would be enough or did I need to spend more. I wanted to make sure that roses was in the equation. I was shocked when I received a picture of the arrangement from the recipient. When I called to say I was disappointed the same gentlemen answered the call. He remembered me. He said all the flowers that were chosen were very expensive flowers. I said there are a huge bunch of daisys, those aren't expensive. He said well those are filler flowers. I showed and asked several people and another florist and they said no way that is worth what you paid for it. I told him I was disappointed. His attitude instantly was very abrupt and rude. He was not going to hear of any of that at all. He told me that he would just go over there and pick them up. I said I am not asking that at all. He insisted and said he was not going to listen to me complain about their services and that he was driving over there to pick them up. He was raising his voice at me. I was in a gift store and the surrounding people around me could hear him from my phone and it was not on speaker. He refused to do anything for me, lower the price, bring different flowers, he said all he was going to do was go pick it up. Said something like he would have his flowers back. I asked him to please not do that. I said please have a heart and don't ruin someone's special occasion, and he said he was going to go pick them up because I complained. The people in the store I was at could not believe what they were hearing. This is very disappointing. I then had to call the recipient and tell them that someone was coming to pick up their flowers against my wishes because I had a complaint. I will never do business with them again.
