Not only was he the lowest quote but the way he conducted business over the phone I knew I could trust him to get the job done. Once his guys showed up to my house all within an hour of me calling him, I was over exceeded with expectations. These guys named Josh and Red went above and beyond to find and fix my problem. They were very detailed with every part of the process. They gave me the best customer service and made me comfortable asking alot of questions. These guys honestly made my terrible situation better all within an hour. I could go on and on as to why you should use this company, but hardworking honest and polite workers are hard to come by these days and Mr. Jerry is very blessed to have them on his team.

All Plumbing came out, turned off the gas, attached a 7 inch piece of pipe, and a ball valve. This took very little time. Gas was turned back on and all worked. The cost was $600. The cost of materials was very low. I would think less than $30. If you look at the price charged per hour, it's very high. I contacted the owner and asked if he thought the price was fair. He told me it was. I believe as the consumer you would not agree. This is a small town guys. How you conduct business is important.

In the end I decided to re-pipe the entire house instead of stressing over a leak developing with the hot water side. Yes, it was expensive and it literally took all day, but again it only took one (1) day. When they left, I had running water again and no leaks. I probably could have gotten the job done for less but I'm glad I called MJ & Sons and I'm even more grateful that Mike Matteson was assigned to my ticket/work order.

I was told it must have "fallen thru the cracks" & they could come for sure that day but I had to go out of town for a Dr. appt so I was told someone would be here Friday afternoon. Guess what happened. No one ever showed up or called. So, like they say, "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". Two days they were scheduled no one came or called.
