They were very detailed with every part of the process. They gave me the best customer service and made me comfortable asking alot of questions. These guys honestly made my terrible situation better all within an hour. In the end I decided to re-pipe the entire house instead of stressing over a leak developing with the hot water side. Yes, it was expensive and it literally took all day, but again it only took one (1) day. When they left, I had running water again and no leaks. I was told it must have "fallen thru the cracks" & they could come for sure that day but I had to go out of town for a Dr. appt so I was told someone would be here Friday afternoon. Guess what happened. No one ever showed up or called. So, like they say, "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". Two days they were scheduled no one came or called.
