The reps in the store are a joke. Been with Verizon for 12 years, moved to AT&T and the first day the rep punches in the wrong number to transfer. 3 days later of coming back to the store and personally having to call everyone for them. I finally got the problem fixed. Absolutely garbage reps that don't have a clue on how to do anything besides collect a check. I do not recommend at all. Go somewhere else Absolutely pathetic employees. They know how to take money for a phone, other than that they are completely clueless! read more

I couldn't be more grateful for him. I don't know how much he's paid, but he deserves a raise!!

Trying to change your credit card is an exercise in Catch-22. Joseph Heller is chuckling. Try to log in, put in your password and then tells you you've exceeded your attempts (1). You try to change your password but you need a code. Guess what: you can't get a code until you put in your password which has to be changed due to your one attempt to log in is excessive but you can't get a code without putting in your password. Round and round we go getting nowhere until I'm ready to defenestrate the phone. Other than that I have no complaints about the phone service.

If HE'S not a TOP EMPLOYEE then I don't know what one looks like! This company should be HONORED to have Drake as an Assistant Manager! I will never again call ATT to discuss my services, I will march right into this location and find DRAKE!!!!!! It's been two days since we've been in and I still can't get over the OVERWHELMING help he provided! GREAT JOB AND PLEASE CONTINUE TO DO WHAT YOU DO AS YOU'VE TOUCHED A FAMILY!!!!! :)

I will never set foot in or purchase from Best Buy again if it's up to me. The AI bot that answers the phone is impossible to get past. I never once spoke to a person. The sales staff is young and inexperienced. They all seem quite friendly and courteous however…read moretheir knowledge of the stores product line is limited. Its not their fault, as this burden falls on management/owner. I asked for a can of exterior white paint ~$60 later I was home opening the can to discover it was not paint, but some sort of clear varnish. When I returned to the store to exchange it for actual paint, they refused to exchange it. I then went to Home Depot and purchased the correct paint that I needed by a very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and at a much reduced price. For a local hardware store that obviously cannot compete with the prices of the large, "big box" stores, one would think that they would go to great lengths to at least excel in customer service and product knowledge. I dont beleive this store has figured that out. This store seems to be resting on the laurels of being "local", and thats about it.
