I will never set foot in or purchase from Best Buy again if it's up to me. The AI bot that answers the phone is impossible to get past. I never once spoke to a person. Chat wasn't any better the bot and live agents all kept demanding an appointment or finally suggested I go to the store in person. Got my issue resolved in about one minute this morning elsewhere. Best Buy has really gotten terrible. If I could rate less than one star I would, and I used to buy a lot of stuff from them.

Today I took my mom Christmas shopping at Target in Monroe, LA. There was an electric cart next to…read moreour car and I got my mom in it. The steering column was wobbly and it had one speed (fast). After she ran into my cart and pushed me several feet. We knew it wouldn't work. I had her walk behind my cart till I could find a place to sit her. I went to the car for her wheelchair. I then couldn't push a cart and a wheelchair. She held a Target basket until it was too full. Then I had a Target basket plus her wheelchair. It was slow and exhausting. Two workers walked impatiently behind us at one point. When we checked out, I had to leave her to load my car. As I am contemplating how I can pay this store back for having zero customer service. I look up to find a man pushing my mom to the car. He also helped me load my car. It turned out that he worked there. His name was Ron and he saved Target from me putting the store on blast on every social media platform. People with disabilities exist and good businesses put their needs first even when it's busy in the store. Thanks to Ron for being a good human being

I appreciated…read morethe honesty - that if it were her, she'd consider just getting a new phone since mine was older and may not have the best battery life anymore, etc. But in the end, after checking at another local place, I chose to have my phone repaired here, even though the cost was a bit higher than the other place. They just seemed more professional and like they stand behind their work. She did a great job and finished the repair in under an hour. I've had no problems since. I'll certainly go back when I need repairs in the future. The icing on the cake was the sweet rescue kitten I got to visit with!
