Several weeks after Solar Wash documented that I was owed a reimbursement, I attempted to collect…read moreit, but the business has still not reimbursed the $25.75 I am owed. On July 1, three washers failed while I was using them. An attendant and maintenance worker were present, and the attendant gave me a signed, dated note directing me to return for reimbursement. The attendant has since confirmed by text that she wrote the note and witnessed the problems. I later experienced another equipment problem that forced me to pay to rewash my clothing. Despite providing the written note, text messages, and other documentation, I have not received the promised reimbursement or a clear response from the owner. The explanation given for the July incident was that surveillance footage was no longer available, even though the employee's contemporaneous note and later written confirmation document what occurred. I emailed the company directly with the supporting documents and received no response. I have now filed a formal consumer complaint with the Louisiana Attorney General's Office. I recognize that $25.75 is a modest amount, but customers should not have to absorb the cost when paid equipment fails. This is now about the business honoring its documented reimbursement commitment and resolving the matter responsibly. I remain willing to update this post if Solar Wash provides the reimbursement.

She was walking around when I got there as though working. the machine i was waiting on went off and after a few minutes of no one retrieving their laundry i looked down and she was sitting at the end of the row visiting. I simply ask if she knew who the laundry belonged to with the thought of my letting them so so I could get mine to washing. She looked at me with a hateful face and said I don't know and I'm not on the clock yet! I just ask a question. A few moment a later as I was finishing up loading mine, she got a lady close to me to get my attention so she could look at me with that face again and tell me to put the lid for the detergent down then she turned to her visiting friend and started talking about me while looking right at me. How unprofessional. I can believe what another customer once told me about her hinting for tips and bullying your wash to get a tip now. Last thought, seems like she would have remembered she was not on the clock yet bossing me around about my lid like she did when I ask a simple question.
