First the…read morelocation has plenty of parking, was very clean, they had a lot of industrial size washer and dryers. They also have tables to fold and sort, chairs in the "lounge" area and two tvs. The location does not take quarters so no need to get some before arriving. They use a credit card system where you load a card that is provided from the machine. It was pretty easy to use overall. However the con's: It would be nice if pricing was available on the wall or by the machines. You have to go to the machine and select your option to see how much it is - washers start at $8 for basic wash and can go up from there. There are other options like "deluxe" but no explanation what that is? I used two machines so $16 to start. Next you need to figure out how much time for the dryer $.50 a min. The dryers are a bit wonky on how you load more time. I through the two loads into 1 dryer that's how large they are. I did 25 min for a huge load and almost everything dried except the towels I added 3 more min at the end. In order to make the machines work you need to put your card in the slot on the machine (don't forget it). I initially added $20 on the card but for each $10 you load they give you a bonus $1 so my card had $22 loaded. Con: You now have to keep the card if you don't spend all the money. If you don't plan on going back you can't cash out the card - so plan accordingly. They do offer drop off service but you need to call in advance and set that up. Again no pricing on how that works. Price is crazy high $20 for two loads of wash and dry myself. My apt is $2 a load to wash $2 to dry *however not commercial size. The pro to paying more is I was in and out in an hour for two huge loads. I would definitely come back here for my large comforters or sleeping bags.
