Dropped my dress off needing minor alterations in the shoulders and a bustle. He told me come back in 2 weeks to pick it up. The 2 weeks pass I show up and he has no idea who I am or why I'm there. My dress hadnt been touched since I left it. He was apologetic and goes to say he injured his foot and was in the hospital, and come back in 1 week where he will have it finished. I showed up to my second appointment and trying to get the dress on I realize hes taken it in around my hip area. Weird because we discussed that my shoulder straps were the issue to begin with. He takes out the wrong alterations, pins the right ones back in and says "can you give me 2 weeks?" At this point im frustrated, but agree. Fast forward to today, 2 weeks later, hes late to our appointment (which I called yesterday to confirm) when he tells me put the dress on today and still it's in the same condition I left it in 2 weeks ago. Untouched. Asks me "can you come back in 2 days?" I said absolutely not I will be taking it home today. When he then Proceeds to get the little bit of work I need done on my dress in about 12 minutes. Stitched the shoulder straps of my white wedding dress with yellow string. Then really told me I still owe him $100 more for this total shit show.

We have been customers for years…read moreand finally canceled our service on April 7 after dealing with ongoing issues for a long time. Over 60 days later, we received a call while we were not home stating that someone would be entering our yard to pick up the trash can, and we were basically given no other option regarding the pickup. What is most frustrating is that this was also the FIRST time we were ever informed that our $82 deposit would supposedly not be refunded once the trash can was picked up. This policy was never explained when we started service, during our years as customers, or even when we canceled our account. Since the trash can was being returned to the company, we were under the impression that our deposit would be refunded. Instead, after months of no communication since canceling, we are now being told they intend to keep the deposit. Unfortunately, this is only one of many issues we have experienced with this company over the years. There were multiple occasions where pickup days were missed completely with little to no communication. We often had to call ourselves just to figure out when or if our trash would actually be picked up. Communication from customer service has consistently been poor, and when we did reach out with concerns, the responses were often rude, dismissive, or unhelpful. Another ongoing issue was the way our trash can was handled. There were many times it was thrown into our driveway carelessly instead of being placed back properly. As paying customers, we expected a basic level of professionalism and respect for our property, and unfortunately that was rarely shown. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, consistency, and customer service has been extremely disappointing, especially after being loyal customers for years. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company make sure EVERY policy is clearly explained and provided in writing beforehand, because important information was never disclosed to us until after the fact.

I usually put my can out on Wednesday night but I just had surgery and didn't get it put out until 8:30 Thursday morning because they usually don't pick up until sometime after noon. This time they picked up at 8:18. Their pick up times are unpredictable, if they even show up ! I asked since they have failed to pick my trash up on several occasions, even though they got paid if they could come get it, and was told NO ! They're always having service issues with their trucks, That's the excuse we get anyway. I would never use or recommend this "TRASH" company to anyone ! The service men who delivered it, Justin and a helper were very nice and didn't leave until they put it in the area I wanted it. Justin made sure I was happy with where they put it and he made sure it was working before he left. Both guys who delivered it were hard workers and very nice. 5 stars for these two. The associate who sold me the freezer was a very nice gentleman who worked quickly and went to lengths to make sure I would get it delivered the next day. This has been a very positive purchase!
