Five-Star Review for Office Depot - West Monroe Location…read more Today, we experienced the best service we've ever received at any Office Depot--and it came at a time when we truly needed it. After facing unexpected issues with Amazon for the second time this week, we woke up unsure of how we were going to solve a critical problem. We were truly in a jam. Thankfully, we walked into the Office Depot in West Monroe and met DL, who turned what started as a stressful day into one filled with relief and gratitude. DL was an absolute blessing--he went above and beyond to help us, not only using his own knowledge and resources but also collaborating with a fantastic associate at the Monroe location to get us exactly what we needed. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist left a lasting impression on us. DL's dedication and customer-first attitude is a true asset to Office Depot, and we're so grateful for the service we received today. It reminded us that great customer care still exists--and it lives at Office Depot in West Monroe.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Parish Printers so very much for an outstanding experience. This local print shop completely shattered my impression of what a printing company can be with outstandingly attentive and friendly service. Your prices are very reasonable as well, especially considering the level of service and quality you offer. From start to finish...the owner, MICHAEL, was very patient with my many requests, last minute changes, and staying after hours to make sure everything was printed correctly. I'm happy that he walked me through the process and made sure he understood what I was aiming for. Thanks again for such a wonderful job, and for your caring attitude towards your clientele. It definitely got noticed!

I will never set foot in or purchase from Best Buy again if it's up to me. The AI bot that answers the phone is impossible to get past. I never once spoke to a person. Chat wasn't any better the bot and live agents all kept demanding an appointment or finally suggested I go to the store in person. Got my issue resolved in about one minute this morning elsewhere. Best Buy has really gotten terrible. If I could rate less than one star I would, and I used to buy a lot of stuff from them.

I was there at 10/3/2024 at 4:32 P.M. So, I really want FedEx to see this and at least know how great of a service one of their employees provided. I just hope FedEx recognizes this ladies great servicing skills and politeness!

The sales staff is young and inexperienced. They all seem quite friendly and courteous however…read moretheir knowledge of the stores product line is limited. Its not their fault, as this burden falls on management/owner. I asked for a can of exterior white paint ~$60 later I was home opening the can to discover it was not paint, but some sort of clear varnish. When I returned to the store to exchange it for actual paint, they refused to exchange it. I then went to Home Depot and purchased the correct paint that I needed by a very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and at a much reduced price. For a local hardware store that obviously cannot compete with the prices of the large, "big box" stores, one would think that they would go to great lengths to at least excel in customer service and product knowledge. I dont beleive this store has figured that out. This store seems to be resting on the laurels of being "local", and thats about it.
