He encouraged me to lie on each of them and take my time to decide. He was both professional and personable. His wife even looked up the bed I purchased online to help determine if I needed a box spring or not. These people care about their customers and it shows. Though I didn't purchase the mattress on that visit, I was so impressed with how they made me feel that I went right back a couple hours later and purchased the mattress! They welcomed me back with open arms! I hope to purchase a washer/dryer tomorrow and an adjustable bed for hubby and me in the very near future. Her reply was they are not responsible, because she has seen this happen to new suit. Yes, I've had it several years.
