Will gladly pay the extra$35/mon to go back so I can have ACTUAL phone service. 15-20 times a week I get an error message saying I'm not connected to a network to make a call or text. This happens at work, at the grocery store, at a park or even in my home. I've missed calls from my kids school nurse and other important, time sensitive calls! What use is this brick if I can't make or receive calls and texts??? I'm just happy I can pay off this phone with my next paycheck and get away from this terrible company. My advice, stay away from US Cellular if you actually intend to make and recurve phone calls.

You can just cancel. I said you still get a commissions and he said no. AT&T support on the phone told me you absolutely get commissions that is why they do that.
