There was a long line of customers waiting for help, while two employees were sitting at a table just talking and hanging out like nothing was going on. No urgency, no acknowledgment, no effort to move the line along. If you value your time, I'd seriously consider going to a different location. I joined AT&T Wireless service in November 2025. My phone bill was meant to be less than $60 while my internet bill was meant to be $29. Every month, they found a way to increase my bill under the guise of a plan change. When I reach out to them, they say it is an error, they apologise, fix it, and repeat the same so-called error the next month. Today, I just received another bill for $73. I am about to change my provider. They are a deeply fraudulent company that should experience a class action lawsuit. read more

I went in to this location with a shattered phone. Display was jacked. I wasn't sure what my options were. Jacob looked up my account, saw that I had insurance and filed the claim for me. Absolutely treble experience I literally just went in to ask a question about my bill because I received an email stating I owed $1400 out of nowhere for only 3 lines. I don't understand and no one would help me furthermore the att customer service line is completely useless. I was the only person in the store. Detrick is stupid, lazy, and has the personality of dirt! He is definitely a DEI hire! He mumbled like he had a mouth full of marbles and never smiled. I had issues with my phone, told him what they were, he told me to do something that I had already told that my phone did not offer. He fixed that and totally ignored any of my other questions. He started talking to me about DirecTV after I told him that I didn't like DirecTV. He ignored me and just kept on trying to sell me DirecTV and another plan. I told him, "Now, let's get back to my phone...he ignored me and started walking to the door. By the time I got to the door, he was holding it open for me! There were two customers in the store, and I was one of them. AT&T has had horrible reviews for years, and they don't seem to care because the reviews never change. I have had them for years, but I'm at the end of my rope with them..I pay more than I was told that I would have to pay, but their service just gets worse. My husband and I bought new phones from this location a week ago. We had some concerns about being charged for the "Next Up" upgrade that we clearly stated we did not want. My husband just called the store trying to talk to someone about it and after explaining our situation, the person on the other line got very frustrated and escalated the tension out of nowhere. He then proceeded to stop talking completely! We couldn't get our issue resolved because he was ignoring us and wouldn't respond at all! I have had good experiences for the most part at the Mansfield store. However, recently I went in to get a new Protective Cover for my phone. Well, they don't stock the one I need anymore. So, the salesperson told me to go buy one off of Amazon. When I showed concern about putting it on to the phone he told me to bring it back to the store and they would help. That is exactly what I did but when I got back to the store another sales rep said, "we cannot help you with that because you did not buy it here." I explained the situation and reminded him they do not carry them. He just said, "nope, cannot help". Seriously? I am a 35-year customer and you cannot help me with a mere Protective Cover? Truly where has customer service and loyalty gone? These companies want the consumer to be loyal but they could care less so why would we not shop them? Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews. This is the only AT&T store that we will go to even though we pass at least two others on the way. It's 30 minutes out of our way. Granted we only go when we have a warranty issue with a product or to upgrade our phones. But we always have a great experience. we worked with Jose this time. We couldn't have been more impressed with the level of service and professionalism at this store! Husband and I both needed new phones and I was switching providers. Cisco helped us and he was wonderful...kept us laughing was very knowledgeable and personable, and our whole transaction was seamless. We were thrilled when we left there. Cancelling AT&T service when someone passes is next to impossible. Next time someone you love dies make sure they tell you their 4 digit pin and password or you aren't ever getting rid of your AT&T service. Even if you have a death certificate, Social security card and their drivers license. Julio the manager worked hard for us but even he was annoyed by their phone customer service. Went there to get an issue fixed on a phone that's less than a year old. They told me to go to Apple. Apple still had a long drawn out process but made an effort. Racist / discriminatory store to my surprise against a normal open minded white guy After confirming online my device/plan change options, I entered this store with my 4 yo (quiet) son. I had recently lost my wallet and driver's license... The representative that assisted me asked for my ID as per standard procedure.....but seconds later I'm told "my ID is not an acceptable form of identification". As proper and polite as this young African American seemed, I could tell something was off by the grammar used in the """" he just recited. Long story short...i had to leave and ended up at another AT&T STORE, again assisted by another AA young man. He assured me my state government issued concealed handgun license which includes my DL stamped on it....was acceptable ID. We ended up becoming friendly and as I work on cars I quoted him a repair at his request. My point is, I as a white male was discriminated and humiliated in front of my CHILD all because multiple staff members at your Mansfield store refused to do business with a customer of 14 years. After the disaster that was this AT&T location, the one at the Hilands did everything in their power to make us happy, helped S find the resources we needed and ultimately got exactly what we went to this location to get. While the Hilands was not able to actually perform the service we needed, rather than trying to extort more money from us, they guided us. This location, however remains a disaster. We came in on Tuesday and were greeted by several people, but Kei stuck out to us immediately- she took care of upgrading all of our phones, as well as getting us amazing deals on a new Apple Watch and iPad! She continued to go above even days later- ensuring we received our wireless car mounting chargers in time. I even wanted to switch my phone 2 days after and she got me into another location (only had to go elsewhere bc of where I work) and she made sure they took great care of me! They should be ashamed of themselves. Actually, I should be ashamed of myself if I don't get my entire region in Rendon/Mansfield to start up a class action law suit. I get it, we live in Pseudo Country at the end of the line for AT&T. Don't try and blow smoke up my &$$ and tell me I am going to get 16MBS and let me pay for it and then give me 1.5 MBS. If I ordered beef through a company and payed them to deliver 16 steaks to my house per month and they only sent me a steak and a half per month, it would be a big flipping ordeal. Somehow, they think it is ok to not deliver what they contracted to do because they have a monopoly on the area. Deregulate my &$$, we need some regulation out here in Mansfield/Rendon TX. If yo call them, you magically get bumped up to 17MBS for about one day, then back to complete $hit. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! Just bought a new iPhone 6s Plus and was talked into getting a pelican case and bodyguards glass protector for the screen. I normally go with a otter box but was willing to try something new. The salesman told me both were lifetime warranty in store replacement. Got a crack in the bodyguards glass and went to get it replaced. Was then told they didn't do in store replacement and that I had to get online and take care of it and it would cost and additional charge. Payed $110 for a case that I have to pay more to get fixed? Awful customer service. There are currently 4 employees standing outside in front of the store while we wait. This is inexcusable. There were 3 people in line when we arrived and now there are 5 waiting. I understand that certain people may not be able to perform certain tasks, but to leave this many people waiting is ridiculous.
