Visited this location several times over the past year. Interacted with about 3 employees. Of the 3, there was a particular employee that I've interacted with multiple times. IMO, lacking customer service skills. Not that she's necessarily rude but she's far from approachable. Stoic and stern, void of direct eye to eye contact and dismisses you before confirming that your issue has been resolved. On at least 2 occasions I had to politely interrupt her to let her know that the issue we were addressing before she prematurely moved on to another customer, was not resolved. It's always a very odd transaction with this particular rep...I have no idea why. I've worked in customer service for over 2 decades so I understand the potential challenges. I also understand that customer engagement is necessary for any semblance of customer satisfaction. I will not visit this store again. read more

Went in to switch to AT&T with an associate arguing with a customer who was being respectful from what I could tell. Also, to enter the store you needed to be wearing a face mask, yet the associate that was arguing was not. Meanwhile she was with a customer 2 feet from her. That entire time not a soul said hello, go to hell, or anything. It was complete chaos and like I was transported to a Jerry Springer episode. So, I guess if you're into that sort of thing, this is the place for you! read more

The staff here are awesome! David in particular... I approached him about purchasing a screen protector for my new iPhone 11 (I bought it at this store too). He told me they were out but I asked if I bought one at another store and brought it to him, if he would apply it to my phone for me. He respectfully told me about their third party liability policy and if I was still comfortable, he would. Not only that but he PERFECTLY applied the screen protector to my phone! I was definitely skeptical about joining AT&T but I've yet to regret it. read more

This is the most unprofessional stank store ever. As soon as you walk into the store you get smacked in the face with the worse stench ever. Smells like a damn locker room at a gym. Every time I go in this store there is a long wait and either one or two reps working. Their clothes are always unkempt with attitudes to match.Back to Verizon I go. Ridiculous read more

I first came to this location which is bigger than the two other stores and I did not find anything…read morefor my size so we went to the Crabtree Valley Mall and the Louisburg store. The woman at the Crabtree Valley Mall had a "can you afford it?" attitude so I ended up going back to Luisbourg location where I finally bought the 3 piece suite back in August and since they don't do alterations they send you to this location. All I needed was the pant plain bottom and they did it in a timely manner but when I got home I actually wore it and realized that the pant had a defect, upon lifting one leg to go upstairs the zipper would show. I returned to the store and explained to the manager fearing he would say "sorry, there is nothing we can do after the pant has been cut to your size" but I was wrong, he understood and agreed there was a problem and said the tailor would fix it, I wasn't sure if the "hot shot" would be able to fix it but he did, he obviously knows his trade. 13 is not bad for the cut. I am not sure why they weren't able to produce the same suit when I first walked in. Sales dept seems to be better at the Louisburg store, the lady was very patient with me to get the right size.
