Had to wait in line after others who were there to get upgrades etc. why should I wait over an hr to buy an accessory. You can multi task by continuing helping customers who would take more time on the IPAD, and ring out an accessory on the computer. That's why it's set up like that in the store. Both managers did not greet when I walked in the store. They just told they're employee "hey sign everyone in" That's not a greet. I won't be back there, please go to any other att store in Marietta/ Kennesaw this store is a poor example of ATT.

Basically, the "stove" guys came today and the "microwave" guys will call me to schedule another delivery within the next 24 hours. Would've been helpful to KNOW THAT IN ADVANCE since I was excited about having a new microwave since I will have a guest at my house this weekend. I even mentioned this to the salespeople and told them I wasn't availability for delivery on Friday and Saturday because I had plans (with aforementioned house guest). So now I'll have to wait until probably the end of next week to have another free 4 hours to sit and wait for the microwave delivery and installation guys to show up. Very inconvenient. I could've made alternative plans with my schedule next week had I known about needing two delivery dates instead of one. SMH. ----------- Great selection. Wonderful prices. Rude incompetent manager made me pay for two screen protectors because I opened a screen protector…read morethat was the wrong size mind you she unlocked the accessory with the key she did not provide customer service she did not make sure it was right size she did not explain do not open package proceeds to try to argue me down and says I'm sure customer service will give you a refund but you have to pay she is obviously incompetent and not solution orientated all have to do is put a piece of tape on it again the package is not ruined and still in 10/10 condition I won't ever spend another penny at this location 0/5 customer service and slow speed 2 people working on a Saturday all around poorly run .
