In an hour same process at the door- i was outside, he was mostly in. Handed me my device to look over- (looked like a whole new phone). I gave it back to get a new screen protector and case and he held iPad at arms length for me to sign and pay. I did not comparative shop this time because I have referred many people over the past few years and they have always been the best price.
