They have been a reliable and no fuss no gimick trying to market and get more money from you and no contract company. pay your money each month and get good and reliable cell phone coverage and service. only once did they really make me mad when they asked when i was calling to make my payment via my debit card if they could go ahead and take out the next months payment. i didn't quite catch what they were saying on that automated line and i pressed what i thought was just making my monthly payment but i hit the button that agreed to them taking out my next months payment. i was infuriated that a company would help themselves to my money like that. they made it right by waiving payment on line fees for me. i recommend boost mobile highly. great coverage, no hassle company with good phones. i don't know why anyone thinks they need a contract with some of these high priced companies like verizon. you don't get anything more from them than what i got from boost and they are just better at spending your money on marketing and making you think they have something you need. hope this helps someone.

They delivered a custom dresser I had ordered and helped me get it past a few patio steps and down my narrow hallway so that the dresser could be placed in my bedroom. It hadn't even occur Ed to me to measure the width of my hallway or my doorframe, so if It's Brown hadn't come up with a plan to move the dresser in vertically in order to manuever the dresser over the stairs and down the narrow hallway I don't know what I would have done. Probably ended up with a patio dresser instead of my intended bedroom dresser. Ira Brown was extremely professional and communicative regarding the delivery date and time. The date before the delivery he provided two delivery windows and allowed me to choose the time the works best. Visited on June 28, 2026…read more I came to this Verizon location because my phone has been having ongoing service issues. I was hoping someone could diagnose the problem, but I left disappointed. James assisted me. He wasn't welcoming, and I didn't find his customer service to be polite or engaging. He spoke so quietly that I had to ask him twice to speak louder because I couldn't hear him. After briefly looking at my phone, his main suggestion was to turn Airplane Mode on and then back off whenever I lost service. Considering I explained that this has been an ongoing issue, I expected him to run a diagnostic first. Instead, I had to ask if a diagnostic could be performed. Before doing any meaningful troubleshooting, he also tried to discuss upgrading my phone. The experience felt more focused on selling a new device than resolving the issue I came in to fix. Better communication, stronger customer service, and a genuine effort to troubleshoot would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning to this location.
