I'm thinking maybe the screen wasn't plugged in well and it might have to be reconnected, that's understandable maybe this guy was busy when he was working on her phone. She takes it by explains what's wrong and he tells her the LCD has went out in the screen he replaced 2 weeks prior and says he can sell her a new one... this is completely unacceptable and I will be having conversations with several local media facebook pages as well as posting on every electronic/cell phone buy/sell/trade page I can find just to see how many other people have been unhappy with this local business. Perhaps then the owner will start to understand what customer service is all about. You don't build a relationship with a repeat customer by not standing behind the product you install for $100. You hurt my wallet now I will work to hurt yours. I promise I will more than go out of my way to let every potential customer you may have know what type of person they will be dealing with before they spend their hard earned money in your establishment.
