I want to say…read moreI am a local RN that works with post operative surgery and I see and deal with other pharmacies (mostly the bigger named ones) that straight up refuse to fill short term prescriptions for our patients. They say they do not have the medications then refuse to transfer e-filed scripts. After speaking to the pharmacists at English plaza about this situation they informed me that they would do whatever was necessary to make sure our patients got their meds they needed post op. I personally am required to use CVS mail order for meds, but choose to pay out of pocket to fill here instead. Dealing with them is like heaven compared to these chains that you can't even get to answer the phone.

While the girls who usually check you out are friendly, the fact that my prescriptions (which are…read moreescribed) are never filled makes me rethink this place. There is a reason that those are sent in. Fill them. Don't wait for me to come in (8 hours after the script is sent in) and say "Oh yeah. I see it. It shouldn't take but 15 minutes to fill it. Do you want to wait?" No. I don't. I've been at work all day. I stopped by on my way home, wrongly assuming that the pharmacy was doing its job filling scripts when they hit the inbox. My new scripts will go to a new pharmacy. This has happened 3 times too many.

I bought a sofa there .they don't have people to bring the furniture like most furniture stores…read moredo a man came out with a trailer hooked to the back of his truck.him and his son that was about 20 years old came out to bring a heavy leather sofa out .the kid was not string enough to pick the sofa up..my neighbor had to help get it in. I told him he would have to bring it around back .he almost tore it up getting it in the front door.this apartment has a wall as you walk into the front door..it was a mess..then they wanted to charge 50.00 to put the legs on it..my son put the legs on it..they charged 75.00 for bringing it out.. I will never buy anything else from them .they need men to bring heavy stuff out not a child and his daddy..

They have gone out of their way for myself and others to assist them in making purchases many times. It's at the point now where I am treated like royalty when they see me, lol, and I love em for it.
