My wife dropped her 3 day old iPhone 6s and cracked the screen, that afternoon she brought it by here to have the screen replaced. After 2 weeks the replacement screen starts flickering and showing vertical lines. I'm thinking maybe the screen wasn't plugged in well and it might have to be reconnected, that's understandable maybe this guy was busy when he was working on her phone. She takes it by explains what's wrong and he tells her the LCD has went out in the screen he replaced 2 weeks prior and says he can sell her a new one... this is completely unacceptable and I will be having conversations with several local media facebook pages as well as posting on every electronic/cell phone buy/sell/trade page I can find just to see how many other people have been unhappy with this local business. Perhaps then the owner will start to understand what customer service is all about. You don't build a relationship with a repeat customer by not standing behind the product you install for $100. You hurt my wallet now I will work to hurt yours. I promise I will more than go out of my way to let every potential customer you may have know what type of person they will be dealing with before they spend their hard earned money in your establishment. I could understand if it was an old beat up phone that wasn't taken care of but we're talking about a grown 30 year old woman's phone that takes care of her possessions, the screen was cracked in an accidental fall the first time NOT from neglect. There I met Cassie and Randall, and they did an excellent job at working and resolving the issue. Cassie went above and beyond and worked for days, with numerous phone calls being made to correct the problem and set me up for service with total wireless. We have been paying $200 a month more than what we should have. Tricked us into agreeing to buy an Apple Watch. Told us it would be free for the watch and our bill would be cheaper. Since we were paying $300 a month for phone bill we went to the other AT&T store and they told us we were paying way too much. Tried to return the Apple Watch and said it was too late to return and now we owe $500 for an Apple Watch that we were told would be free from this AT&T store. I never have issues with businesses, but PLEASE do not go to this AT&T store unless you want to lose hundreds of dollars. Just use the store across from Walmart.
