Walk in, No greeting. No one acknowledged my presence. There is no "line" or discernible order to who goes next. There is no way to my knowledge to "sign up" to be given a place in line. At least half a dozen other customers waiting scattered around the store. All I wanted was to walk in, buy an item, and then leave. I ended up waiting 10 minutes without so much as a peep from the employees. Instead I tossed the item I had chosen on the counter and walked out. Three employees chatting nonchalantly with customers. No one bothered to say "ill be with you shortly" or anything of the sort. I will never return to this store. Situations like this are why online retail seems much more appealing to so many people. Amazon is looking better and better. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. Suggestion: add a greeter asome sort of discernible queue. Update 7/15/19 Let it be known that contact information has been exchanged as of the day of the review. At&t has not contacted me yet. So they project the image that they are willing to be helpful, but do not back it up with actual help. read more

I've been to this store twice and both times the customer service was terrible. First time I had a problem with my new iphone. The csr George was completely clueless and was more interested in watching the TV on the wall than helping. I ask for the manager and he came but didn't help. Manager even told George that the only way to fix the problem would be to call customer service but "he would hate for him to have to call them." George put the store's phone on the counter and told me I could call them! Second time wanted to pay my bill in the store with cash. The csr said it would cost $5 to pay the bill if a person helped or I could pay at the kiosk. The kiosk doesn't give any change at all. I asked csr if they could give me change and they would not give me change. Its enough to make me want to change my service. Too bad iphone is stuck with At&t because At&t customer service sucks! read more
