Logan (Key Holder) didn't learn his name until I received my receipt. And he was not wearing his name tag where is apart of his uniform per company policy. So Logan started processing my return and started with the Xb1. In the middle of the process he completely stopped doing my return and began checking out other guest. With me being the only Black man in the store I had to say something. He had already checked the last guy out and was about to look into trading in some cards for him. When I interjected saying I was here first and he should have never stopped my transaction in the first place. Logan then asked the other customer if it was okay if he took care of me. I was in the store for over an hour. This type of behavior is highly unprofessional and seemingly racist. Based on this experience with Logan I do not recommend anyone to shop at this location.

You can definitely find all of the items there online much cheaper. Staff really did not out from behind the counter to ask if needed any help. The back of the store upstairs is nothing to brag about really. The gentleman at the desk with the beard was very helpful. There is no theater at all, only video booths. The front 5 or 6 were just regular ones and toward the back were they fun ones. Lets just say they are very interactive with one another. The cliental varies, couples 8 to 11 on fridays and saturdays. After 11 well you get what you get and honestly it was enough that we left the place due to the creeps. I would not rank them as 2nd in the country. I am sure their are far betters ones out there.
