Terrible store, terrible company. Customer service is nonexistent. My daughter let her phone…read morepayment slip for two months while she was away and was not able to pay. We came in on June 23rd to get her re-instated. There were two employees there, one had just began yesterday, and the other three weeks ago. The latter stated that we had to get the most expensive plan ($77) because she was ineligible for some reason for the $49 plan she had originally even though it was advertised on the wall and the website. She ran my debit card as a credit card with a hold, holding it in my bank for 2 business days so she couldn't start the phone until it cleared. 3 days later, we came in and was still told they couldn't see it went through eventhough I had my bank statement in hand. Again, the 3 week employee didn't know how to fix it. She stated that metro sucks and wouldn't suggest we go with her company. Her boss was not available for a phone call of course. She also stated her training was a video, and that her boss took her online entrance test for her, then left her to figure out the register herself. This explains alot. Here it is the 27th and still no service, although my bank account shows it was taken out. You cannot get help online unless you wish to sign up. There is no customer service number. The 3 week employee said my best bet is to keep coming back to see if someone else could help me. I have, and they can't. There is no way to get my money back, except let my bank try to pursue it or get a lawyer, as they again have no customer service or support. Their support page helps you get a new line - that is all. I will update if and when I get my money back.

He never asked to see it, and took out a paper to look something up then told me they'd have to send it out and it would cost $450. I was very discouraged and decided to come by uBrakiFix as a last resort hoping they could do something. The young man at the counter took one look at my iPad, and said he knew exactly what was wrong, and went behind a wall to fix it. Came back and it was good to go! Turns out a piece of a charger had come off in the port and it just needed to be cleaned out. I was so grateful I was like "take my money!!!" Lol. Anyhow, I will not be going back to Best Buy. I grabbed information on their coverage plan. I will also be bringing by another iPad that won't turn on anymore that Best Buy said they couldn't do anything with either. ;0) I'll also be bringing buy my laptop. Last month I had an appointment for my MacBook Air to get looked at because it wasn't charging and I've had it looked at 4 other times for the same issue when I lived in California. Was over an hour after my appointment time sitting there waiting to be seen. They used a few different chargers and cords to see if they could get it to charge. Turned out my battery was going bad and my charge port was bad. They said I needed to call Apple back to see what the solution was. So was a waste of 1.5 hours drive, then 2.5 hours there, then 1.5 hours drive home. Apple told me I would get a replacement within 2 weeks... a month later my laptop with boxes opened randomly showed up on my porch when there was no tracking info after Fedex dropped this off randomly at someone down the street. So today, we had an appointment at 2:45pm for them to look at my daughter's computer and see if they have a replacement charge port to be replaced. We came in first thing in the morning to see if they could look at it now and also I mentioned what was going on with my computer. I asked them if they can check if this is MY computer or if someone put their computer in the box and took my new one since both boxes were open. Nope. They wouldn't give us the time of day. They said I needed to make an appointment to check and that we had to come back for her appointment. I told them that in Cali I have done a walk in numerous times with no issues and they looked at it right away. Nope, they could care less. After this Apple had called me saying they still hadn't heard from Fedex on where my computer was. I told the guy I received a computer and it took him a whole 10 seconds to verify using the serial number that this indeed was my computer. But pathetic that the Apple Store was oh so inconvenienced to take 10 seconds out of their time to check. Especially since they had probably about 30 or more employees just hanging out around the store.

I was contemplating a 1 star review, but the associate, Danyell, was amazing and commiserated with me on the need for a remodel. The cash registers are old, antiquated and need updating, too. They're big square behemoths that barely chug along and we probably install when the store was built in the 1980s. I got the gift cards I needed, but Office Depot needs to put this store at the very very top of their list for a remodel. Stat.
