Even though I hadn't planned ahead and was on a time crunch, the guys made sure I got exactly what I needed and even pulled in a favor to get a seamstress to temporarily alter my pants the exact same day so that I would be good to go. I brought the pants back later for everything to be permanently altered and they were fast and I thought the price was fair. Granted, some things aren't cheap but if you want cheap products you go to a cheap store. They are the only place I would recommend for really nice and professional men's clothing in the Knoxville area that actually offers personal service. It's been over a decade since I have been a suit and tie kind of guy but they were quick to size me up and get me fitted and out the door. Excellent service and excellent quality clothing.

So petites, you're pretty much out of luck unless you order online and then get it shipped to the store. They did state that if you ordered more smaller sizes they would have more in stock. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Other than that it was clean and we got what we needed and got out of there, just happy that there was a place to shop at and not needing to drive out to Turkey Creek.

The other downside is that they mainly had Small sizes on sale and throughout the store. Are Mediums and Larges already sold out already? And do they have any Extra Small or Extra Large sizes? This was the worst type of experience because I feel I was taken advantage of for a sale. When I…read moreleft the store I was excited a new place to find my things.. now hindsight I feel gross that it was all a performance just to hustle me out of money. I went in for a measurement for bras. I gained weight so everything I wore felt off and I needed a professional measure. My size is not common. She said no issue we will order it. My size is 34 and very large cup size. She starts to order it and says oh I can order 36 and a smaller size they are interchangeable to a fellow employee. Then says any issue bring them back. Mind you were had a conversation about another store and she says oh they will put you in a wrong size just for a sale. Well I'm home and out of that return window and now the two extra inches are making a problem. The new has worn off. The bras stiffness and tightness is less. I can pinch a full two inches extra fabric between where it should sit vs where it does. It is riding up and defeating the purpose of the actual garment. I go online to order my right size.. the company doesn't sell my size. So after measuring me on was a lie to get a sale. I will never set foot in that store again.

Then he proceeded to look into every grip bin to see which one he thought would accommodate the wider butt end of my club.
