Walked in-three women behind and around the counter....crickets. No one even says hello. We start to look around and I'm talking to him about brands, sizing and heel styles thinking someone will come and help us. Nope-we were never acknowledged, not once. After 5 minutes or so, we walked out to take our business elsewhere. They didn't comment on our leaving either nor did anyone say "thanks for coming in". One thing I can say that's a positive-they are consistent....in providing the absolute worst customer experience! We walked in ready to drop whatever it cost, to get my husband good boots-and left with nothing except a sour taste in our mouths. I'll never go back and I'll tell everyone I run into to avoid it as well. Off to Knoxville now! PS With the advertising they do I was expecting a huge selection. There was no selection. A good selection of work boots, zero selection and a traditional cowboy boots. Only a few brands offered and very limited sizing.

There was such a variety of shoes I had a hard time deciding. I felt like a kid in a candy store. All merchandise was well organized. It was easy to find my size. I picked up a great pair of Florsheim dress shoes and a pair of Keen hiking shoes each for $50 bucks! Larry, the stock/salesperson, was so helpful. Great guy! If you are in or near the Crossville area, I highly recommend this shoe store. It's worth the trip.

And they are selling brands like Clarks, Birkenstocks, Converse, ecco... etc. None of the shoes have boxes. Many appear to be new but many are also scuffed or seem like they might have been worn once or twice. (Bought and returned, perhaps?) These people know how to roll. Inexpensive high quality shoes, prices written in sharpie underneath. A super organized and clean store. They play Christian radio music. I thought to myself, "Well. Now I know I'm in Tennessee..." I had a blast shopping here, and if I'm ever in Cookeville again I will stop. Definitely recommended .

Nice selection of men's and women's clothing all with kind of an outdoor theme. Some name brands and some that I didn't recognize. But all seemed to be good quality. Really large selection of Yeti stuff when you first walk through the door (to the left). While we were there we didn't have any interaction with the people working (I guess because we didn't buy anything) ... but, nobody reached out to welcome us - not a big deal, but something we noticed. Prices ranged from reasonable to what I would consider a little on the high side, but that being said - not high for comparable stores (if that makes sense). I'd stop back in and check them out if we were in the area again.
