What a great store! And the staff was sweet as can be and beyond helpful! I was in need of new bras after my surgery and sizing and a second set of eyes and such needed! I've done VS in the past and like Starbucks.. ( sorry )over rated IN MY OPINION and attitudes that don't inspire me to spend my money there! This was like a Breath of fresh air and I want to thank SOMA for a delightful experience and the prices are reasonable as well! If your in Turkey Creek and in need of girly things (intimate apparel )...check them out if you have not already! read more

Tara was SO helpful & kind during my fitting. I told all of my friends to go there. They were also running a fantastic sale. Great price on all bras & a fantastic selection. read more

I went in this Soma to get measured. I was measured and told by the sales rep she would bring a couple bras to try one. I waited, and waited and she never returned. I got dressed and went out and she was just talking to the other sales rep and said she got busy with a customer at the register. Was I not a customer? She was rude and not very helpful. read more

This soma is organized so well. The employees were so gracious to me and my toddler. I had zero issues with my bra return. I always look forward to shopping at this store. read more

Not my normal place to visit but my wife needed to be fitted for her bra's. The ladies are very helpful and very good at what they do. They also have a data base of what sizes women wear so your wife can go bye there and put their sizes in and the man can stop bye and pick up something for their wife or girl friend. read more

My daughter was looking for a good quality bra. I took her here because I love their bras. We asked for a fitting, the girl asked what size she was. Well,if we knew that we would not have needed her to be fitted.,she said she could measure her out front, and then let the fitting specialist help her. She measured her and my daughter picked out a couple of bras to try on. No one ever offered to help her again. She was in tears when we left because she felt like she wasn't dressed as nice as some of the others that they gladly helped,so they would not help her. We will probably not go back to this location. Pretty rude. read more

Emily and Danielle helped me figure out my actual size after being told 2 totally different sizes at 2 other retailors. They were so sweet and helpful! read more

Today was my first time in the store. I went in for a fitting and was put in a fitting room where I waited an hour. And they didn't even check on me. They did say they were going to be shorthanded. But still somebody should've checked on me. It was not the best customer service. I don't think I will be going back. read more

The customer service here is amazing. It's the best thing about this place. The prices are ultra high though .Like most bra stores they do not have a good selection for larger cup sizes. If you wear 38 or above then this place won't have a lot for you. I hope in the future they will have more to choose from. read more

I've been a satisfied Soma shopper in the past, but my experience at this location has put all of that behind me. I'm not going in again. Here's the lowdown: If you're anything above a 38D, you're probably not going to find a bra here. If you're not comfortable paying over $50 for a bra or $10ish for a single pair of panties, you won't be able to shop here. If you want to find an attendant to help you, you're probably going to have to flag one down and wait for her as she makes small-talk with other customers. Soma's lingerie options are beautiful, and I have had success at their Winston-Salem location. However, they've discontinued the bras that fit me, and I am left with no other option than to shop somewhere else. read more

Had a store clerk order a bra online to be shipped to my home, but the wrong size arrived. Went to the store to return it and was told "we have a strict return policy" and wouldn't accept my return because I was 9 days over their 60 day return window. Clerk said there was nothing thcould do. I hadn't even removed the bra from the factory plastic bag and I had my original receipt! I told them to keep the damn thing and walked out. They can choke on it. I'm out almost $50. Luckily, I got it on sale! Never shopping there again. read more

Fantastic experience - the store manager is awesome!! I'd buy from her every time - she made my experience excellent - who knew I was wearing the wrong size - got measured up and my new underwear (correct size) is perfect - thank you Audra you Rock!! Thank you thank you read more

I would normally give a full five stars for the quality of the bras at Soma, because the bras are truly wonderful, but the employees are another story. I have weighed the same for the past ten years and yet somehow I am sized differently every single time I go to soma. I don't even know what to say I am size wise until I try on the bras and then I can figure it out. The issue I have with soma is that the employees insist on the size they measure me to be whether or not it actually fits, and every time I'm measured, it's something different. I have had sizing with some kind and understanding workers, but I have also had some refuse to help me find ones in sizes that will actually fit all because of the measurements they took. I have even had two employees size me differently by two cup sizes in one day in the fitting room. I love Soma's bras, but jeez is it a chore to get fitted here read more

Absolutely fantastic boutique. As a guy, I don't particularly frequent places of this nature, but my lady made a particular request, so I obliged. The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I'm unfamiliar with the intricacies of women's under/sleepwear but an associate named Chelsea was kind enough to help me while using a dialect that was understandable to me. Believe me, that is not an easy task. Initially, I went in with the intention of simply buying a "chemise". At the time, I had no earthly idea what that was, but she promptly pointed me in the right direction and recommended some robes. I was apprehensive at first, but my girlfriend's eyes lit up when she saw the gifts, so I guess I was not led astray. The prices were also very fair. As I entered the store one of the greeters gave me a scratch-off card and told me I could win a lot of free merchandise or discounts. I thought this was trivial at first, but once i got to the register with my merchandise, the cashier reminded me of my card and behold, I had won a free perfume. With both my girlfriend and my wallet satisfied, I will call this trip an emphatic win in all facets. From a male perspective, if you need a gift for someone special and have zero idea what you are doing, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. read more

I went in not knowing my size or what style bra I wanted, and the women were extremely helpful in fitting me and helping me find exactly what worked for me. I tried on more than 10 bras, and they were so patient and ready to help me figure out which ones fit best, or when I needed a slightly different size, or if I wanted a different cut or material. They made the whole experience fun, easy, and super painless! I walked out with five new bras that I'm genuinely really excited about wearing, that I'm confident will last, and that fit me perfectly. I will definitely be coming back! read more
