On our first visit, we attributed the overall rudeness of the Manager to possibly a bad day for her. We could not figure out why she would be so unreasonable otherwise. But this last visit, on August 2,2017, was so far below acceptable customer service standards that we feel we need to take the extra step-- to bring it to others' attention so they can avoid what will unquestionably be a poor experience for them as well. The Manager of the store was generally dismissive as we asked for assistance in finding a product, and her team members were equally so when we asked for help, with a product they thought was at the register but was not. Eventually, one checked and decided to point us in the right direction. However, when we got to the register, the Manager and team member were again rude to us, and the associate and Manager both told us our membership had expired and we would have to pay full price or renew it immediately with them (We later confirmed at a different location that this was not the case). When I explained that we still had a month left, the Manager told me I was wrong and "rude" to which I replied she was the rudest customer service manager in any outlet in Lenoir City, which she is. The Manager then became unreasonable and unjustifiably hostile, and threatened to call the police (which she did not do, but ultimately I did, out of concerns over her stability). Needless to say, we are now doing business at another location, which has much better customer service. We relayed our concerns to Sally's Corporate site, and they replied that they are looking in to this, although, for now, it appears they have done nothing.

She absolutely loves to do personal style sessions and most importantly, listens to your likes, dislikes, loves and concerns. They turn over inventory FAST so give them a social media follow, go visit and don't delay. Also, if you go soon, grab a Gobble Gobble candle. I know it's after Thanksgiving, but my goodness that candle smelled heavenly. Oh! Last thing! There was one pair of size 10 snake skin booties that I really wanted but had to resist. I have never had a problem here and if I have, they have always helped me fix it. I know of several times right off the top of my head when people (myself included) have called in just for advice on how to fix things and someone there has answered and taken their time to help. We showed the staff here the kit that Advanced Auto gave us to use and they all laughed and were like wow. Too many parts to it. They had one much easier. They couldnt believe their staff didnt know how to use it but yet gave it to use to rent to pull the pulley off with it. He was surprised we did get it off of the power steering pump. You won't find shoddy clothing..you will find clothes that are versatile and timeless! Stop buying 4 pair of jeans at 20 bucks a piece and go in and get one pair that fit!! Forever! The owner is as close to a personal shopper as I've seen. She utilizes masks, has masks and disinfectant at the door, sanitizes the dressing room and separates any clothing I didn't buy to disinfect before putting back out..you can not shop in a safer environment. They Say welcome in as soon as you walk in. However , that's the most interaction you get. It seemed that They enjoyed talking to themselves instead of helping the customers. I ignored them and went to look around the shop and found a few cute items so I go to pay for it. The cashier was so Snoddy and treated me like I was gum She picked off her shoe. Very unprofessional.
