Jennifer took her time with my MIL and helped explain to a 86 year old widow how to operate the new phone and placed her on my phone plan to save money. She was just as I expected, very polite, genuine, professional and very interactive with my MIL, wife and I. This store refused to follow the 14 day exchange/refund policy…read more 1st, I was advised to drive to Apple in Novi to exchange my phone - I called Novi Apple just to confirm, they told me, "no, we don't exchange a phone bought at AT&T." So I drove to ATT where it was purchased for exchange or refund as the policy states...I stood there for 10 minutes, without even a hello, or let me get someone to help you (voices clearly in the back room), while this salesman (large gages in ears) discussed what's on tv for 5 minutes, stating to his customer "the news only has politics and murder on it". Finally someone came from the back, asked if id been helped...I had not. This salesman commences to tell me Novi Apple Store was incorrect, I would have to drive there; total disregard for Apple Store stating They would not return/exchange a phone that they did not sell. The final insult to the entire experience, Mr. Salesman, with the large gaged ears who is now involved after dismissing his customers, REFUSES to return - because now I don't even want an exchange - he decides it best to treat me to sarcasm just before I exit, "Have a good day!"
