Our salesperson did not tell us that the refrigerator did not come with a connection kit for the icemaker, or that a power cord for the range was not included; we found that out the hard way when we opened the boxes and tried to make the appliances operational. We were outraged, and went to the Home Depot to obtain the needed parts and complain. To their credit, they refunded the money we had paid for the parts we needed. But the entire episode could have been avoided if we'd been given the correct information to begin with. We were only asked if we wanted installation for the fridge and range, which we refused. We were only asked about a connection kit in the case of the dishwasher. Also, Home Depot should vet their delivery services better. My wife was not pleased to find one of the delivery men urinating in her flowers next to our garage.

Especially with the inflation that has hit over the past few years. Not giving up coffee, so had to find a way to get it more affordable! There is usually a good selection so I come here to have a look when I'm running low before getting elsewhere. Suzanne came by for a meet and greet at my house to see how everything would go and what things she would need to know. The amount of services that are offered both in the home and at Suzy's are great to have especially in the area around Berville and Armada where there isn't a great selection for this kind of thing. They will help provide services for anything from dogs, to goats, all the way up to horses for home care. If you are needing pet sitting services at home or at their facility, definitely check this place out. I would definitely recommend it! Doggy day care, boarding, home visits, they pretty much do anything you'll need.

I checked in on him texted her while I was on vacation and she told me he was so good and being such a good boy. I do not recommend taking your pets there. I did not have a good experience there at all. When I came back to pick up my puppy he seemed fine. When I took him home he was limping in his hind legs and couldn't walk or run correctly. He also ate 8 CUPS of food total for that day like he hasn't eaten his whole life. He was a bit skinnier than when I dropped him and his ribs were showing a bit. I called Suzy and asked her if anything had happened she said no. I took him to the vet the next day and since I had to take him on a booked day they charged me an emergency fee and walked paying $150 for an X-ray and sedation and painkillers for my puppy. I called Suzy to tell her that I wanted my money back from boarding him and I acquired medical bills. She told me that she will send me a check on that Monday. I waited an entire week and then texted her about the check and she didn't answer me. She then blocked my number and never sent me a check. Do not take your pets to her for ANYTHING. I had a bad experience and will never go back and no animal should have to go through that pain while their owner is away.
