Buyer beware. Spectrum is selling models of cell phones that they cannot service. The Moto G is…read moreone according to one of their techs, and a Samsung phone (unknown model ) is another one. The phones will not receive or let you make phone calls or make or receive texts. I bought a phone on November 23, 2022, and by December 3rd I had taken it back three times. Twice they put a new card in the phone which made it work for 2 days. They blame it on software updates from Motorola. They offered to let me get a different phone if I paid a $50.00 restocking fee. This is an unethical business practice. I called Spectrum direct and was basically told to quit wasting their time. A call made to the store manager was not returned. UPDATE. I was able to contact the store manager and the problem was resolved with his assistance. I am increasing the rating due to the local staff, however, I am still wondering why Spectrum Corporate continues to offer products that they can't service.

Apparently my local store has no phone number and i can only talk to people at the corporate locations. 2. Our service has been out for 4 days now and no can give me a restoration time and no one is working on our problem. when i call for help I get the loop of pre-written messages and only "there is nothing in the system" I hope this place goes out of business and all of the executives end up in financial ruin.

I went in to get internet. Talked a lot about how worried I was it would not connect. It did not…read moreconnect- was told by Ryan yes if it did not work just bring it back. He told another person a head of me that if they did not like it as well as their Xfinity they could just bring box back. He gave me a new phone and watch that I did not need or want but it was FREE!! nope not free have to pay for the line the first bill then 2 bill will reflect yep 2 bill lower but not by the amount it should be. They charged me for activation fee even though Ryan already set up. 272$$ later. Plus phone has new charger, had to buy a new one and my 20 0ld ones do not fit--yes welcome to Apple. but Ryan did not tell me that about my new free phone that I did not want!! I am paying 3 times as much for a version line because all I wanted was internet. Ryan never told me about teacher or above 55 discounts, all he wanted to was make money like this company. When my 6 mo is up-- should be. I am going back to my old company. I don't even care if cost more! I am so tired of being lied to. Ryan should be fired for lying to a old lady yes I am 62 and he never told me about any discount. Plus I tried to return phone and watch and was told I could not because I would have to buy a new phone! They took my old phone apple 13 worth some money but I could not get credit. If I gave them back phone they would not credit me anything!! so now I am paying 3 times as much for somthing I do not want. I am counting down the days until I can go back to my old company!! Do not use Verison ever for anything they just lie to you!! Wish I could put 0 stars!!!
