Went to this store 2 weeks ago. They try to scam the customer. Be careful. They signed me up for a…read more$10 a month Hotspot data plan, which they said was included. Turned in my phone for a credit, they never applied it to my Verizon bill. If you are turning in a phone to this place, get something in writing that you turned it in and the price for the trade in. Called Verizon customer service and they fixed all the issues.

STAY AWAY. Two weeks ago I went in to upgrade two phones on my account which has three phones. The…read morethird phone was not eligible for an upgrade yet. ANTHONY was the sales person and walked me through the plan and the increase in my monthly bill which all seemed correct. He gave me an ellipsis wifi pack and I asked him if there was an additional charge and he there wasn't, that it was included in my plan. That was LIE #1. When I got home and checked my account online to make sure the changes were reflected and accurate I was shocked to see that ANTHONY had ADDED A PHONE LINE to my account for a phone I didn't have. There were a slew of charges connected with adding a phone line and in addition charges for that ellipsis wifi pack I didn't want. How does VERIZON allow an in-store sales rep to blatantly rip-off a loyal customer? The answer is obvious: These stores get away with it because there are no consequences. They make their money in up-selling as much as possible - apparently even without telling the customer. I called Verizon and the phone rep told me she was removing all associated charges and removing the line. She didn't say they would take any action against the store. Just when I thought it was over - I received an email from Verizon alerting me about an upcoming bill. And guess what? The additional phone line I never asked for, I don't have an actual phone for, that i was being charged $200 to activate - was still on the account. I called Verizon back - of course they don't have reason for why this wasn't removed - and again, went through the process of correcting my account. These stores need to be held accountable. Do not go this Verizon store in Greenvale on Northern Blvd and ANTHONY should be fired.
