This guy will go out of his way to make you a happy customer, without a doubt. I read the lunatic review from 2021 about Bobby using all sorts of profanity in dealing with this customer. I have 100% confidence that never happened; once you meet him you'll see for yourself. This is what great service paired with a great attitude looks like. I don't know the name of the young lady who works the front but she is EXACTLY like Bobby when it comes to friendly. Always smiling and happy to help. I'd give Mobile King Cellphone Repairs 15 stars if they would let me. A real pleasure to know these folks, and relief that quality repairs like this are available here in Galveston

As we were waiting, one of the customers told me that they closed the store 15 minutes earlier yesterday. By this time, it was 10:20 am. That customer got tired of waiting and left because she had to get to work. The other customer, who also had an appointment at 10 am stayed. The clerk, a young man, finally arrived at 10:31 am looking like he just woke up. He see us at the door and walks up as if he's strolling through the park taking his time to open the door. He said, "Sorry I'm late", with a lack of concern tone. If this is the kind of customer service provided by this establishment, we won't be returning. I took a video of the wait and documented the time and added it to this review. Customers should never be inconvenienced in this manner.

I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done.
