    May 8, 2022 TODAY I…read moresay VERIZON you SUCK! In 25 years I've never had an issue with this cell service until I moved to this ISLAND I have been a prepaid for 9 years...$40 a month because I'm not a heavy internet user; I always find free WiFi Well, I got frustrated NOT being able to connect when I'm (for example) at Haak winery or on the Seawall. (friends are witnesses) I'm thinking it's because I'm a bottom feeder because I'm "prepaid" right?! I mean my local friends with T Mobile or AT & T...are surfing the web freestyle, brah but nooo, NOT ME So, in December 2021, I decide to go back to the BIG girl service and pay $100 a month. Well, VERIZON... YOU STILL SUCK! Y'all stuck all in the 90's here in galveston more examples: Galveston Co rodeo, almost couldn't get in because I had 1 bar and couldn't get to my email tickets. Then yesterday in Texas city on 6th Street Today, (in galveston) at Walmart (friends are witnesses) I'm SICK OF IT... STOP taking my money! DO YOUR JOB (consistently provide a service) and people... PSA DO NOT BUY A GOOGLE PIXEL 6...the ONLY good thing about it is the camera. It's beyond bad otherwise but, I'm stuck with it for a while. *sigh* Verizon... your competitors are kicking your a--in service and stability. But y'all probably KNOW that, huh?! Pfft!

    Excellent customer service! Becca was outstanding!…read moreI've never had such amazing customer service! She was extremely knowledgeable, as kind and as patient as anyone ever! My husband and I have been putting off getting new phones for a very long time because we were so intimidated by new technology! Becca walked us through the entire process even set up all of our apps and made sure we were completely comfortable before we left! She went the extra mile by giving us her contact information just in case we got home and needed help! Becca responded immediately when I reached out! She's definitely an asset to Verizon! Thank you Becca for all of you time today! You made the transition so much easier for me!!
