The phone was not unlocked. Turns out, you can't use a Verizon Phone with Cricket. Now comes the BIG problem. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. They don't care, they wouldn't even look at us when we came back in. We took their chip out and asked for ours back, but no way, it was gone already. Don't go in that place. Don't go near it.
