I finally committed to using Lighthouse Boudoir and I would highly recommend Sontera to anyone! My biggest fear when committing to this was that I would get my pictures back and not like them. After months and months and months of researching and looking at other pictures online on various websites, I felt like my pictures would never live up to what I had seen others look like in front of the camera. Boy was I wrong!!! I was more nervous on reveal day of the proofs than I was in front of the camera, but Sontera delivered the most amazing and beautiful pictures I had ever seen of myself! My favorite part of the shoot was the fact that I was one-on-one with Sontera and there was never a moment of awkwardness. Yes, my sultry face attempts were awkward, but even through that we laughed it off and she managed to capture my expressions at just the right moments. Instead of showing empathy or taking any accountability, I was met with excuses, blamed for the situation, and spoken to in a way that I found rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. As a bride, you expect a bridal boutique to pay attention to the details and to genuinely care when something goes wrong. That was not my experience. Once they had my business, I felt like customer service and accountability were no longer a priority. I hope other brides never have to experience the stress and heartbreak of discovering on their wedding day that their gown is incomplete and then feeling dismissed when they ask for help. And they threaten you when you leave bad reviews even though I have receipts and photos to prove everything I've said.
