He spent many hours on the phone with their previous carrier trying to retrieve their Transfer Pin in order to officially switch to Verizon. This ended up being a two day ordeal. There's no way we could have done that on our own, as we are not tech savvy people at all. I honestly kinda wanted to cry a little bit out of frustration about halfway through day two of dealing with Straight Talk's customer service reps, then trying to port over the number. He again called on our behalf and finally got it done for us! This man has the patience of a Saint, I tell you. Give him a raise pretty please!!!

After waiting for an hour in the store, I was finally told that they would not be able to help me because I did not have a screen protector from Verizon. This was absurd because I had just had my screen protector installed from this location by another employee last month. The store was extremely unprofessional. I would recommend going to any other Verizon but this one.

He tells us that he has won't give us a refund. My girlfriend was on the phone with the guy explaining the whole thing in a calm manner. He then proceeded to say "shut up bitch" and hung up on her. He called back and said he's called security and the police and we will be kicked out. We never got a refund and they kept the case we wanted to return. My iPhone had some cracks on the screen and a few droplets of water got into it. Moments later, my…read morescreen went black. I put it in rice, let it air dry, nothing seemed to work. I took it to an Apple store in California and they said they couldn't fix it. Went back home and noticed that it was still responding to being plugged in and would even send me notifications. But the screen was still black. So a few days later I went back to the same Apple store and asked them once again to fix it...because it still works and I paid good money for 256GB to go to waste. I was told again that they couldn't fix it and that I could try taking it to a third party. I plan on getting a new phone soon but desperately need the photos and documents on this phone. icloud never synced either. So, I went to cell tech and he fixed my phone in an hour or two. He had to install a used screen because it was the only one that would work. The used screen was scratched up so he lowered the price and threw in a free privacy screen protector! I'm just happy to be back in business. I had an awesome experience! It's crazy he was able to fix what Apple was incapable of fixing. Five stars!

Taylor informed me that he was unwilling to do it because it would take him until closing time. I asked him what he would be doing for the whole hour and he replied "my job". Clearly not. I don't appreciate being lied to. Many other trespasses I can overlook, but being lied to deserves a review.
