My parents have been having issues with their home phone line. My stepmom was having trouble with the 800 number getting the help she needed for their Uverse line at home, so she decided to stop in at the store.
She was greeted by two young ladies and after she explained a little of what was happening, one of the young ladies told her that she probably wasn't paying her bill. Which upset my stepmother. My stepmother then asked to speak to a manager and the response she received was, to call the 800 number.
