When I returned, expecting them to stand behind their work, they refused to replace the faulty battery they had installed. I even showed them my bank statement clearly proving I paid for the service on April 10th. But because I "wasn't in their system," they told me I'd have to pay again just for them to look at it. To make matters worse, the two men working were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting a working battery and basic accountability. Most reputable shops offer at least a 90-day warranty -- apparently, not this one. Now I'm out the money, and still have a phone that doesn't work. Total waste of time and money. ATT was offering up to 1000 for trade in so we had to fix it otherwise lose out on 300 dollars. So called a bunch of places and found this place. The owner was going to fix it for a significant amount less. I went to the store and brought my phone. The owner was an awesome guy who also makes other things. We chatted for a while.
