I have been checking the tracking at www.tracking.smart label.com per my instructions. However, three months later and AT&T still do not have the returned iPhone and they have charged me 869.00. As a matter of fact, they are sending my name to a credit bureau with the hopes of adversely impacting my credit. I have reached out to the postal service and they state Newgistics picked up the packet. I have tried reaching them to no avail. I am angry as I was a loyal customer to AT&T for many years (up until Feb 14). The only reason I severed my relationship with AT&T is due to the fraudulent salesmanship at this local store. Thus far, the treatment that I have received has been deplorable. I have spoken to every dept at AT&T including management and no one is willing to help. Not sure what is going on with the smart label system, but I returned this device months ago. I don't know what to do. I refuse to be suckered into paying for a phone that I do not have in my possession.

Just bought two phones and one phone does not work. Within 24 hours we came back to ask for help after being on AT&T service online. Online customer service suggested we come back to the store. The branch manager would not help us said you must go to iPhone store in West Palm with our laptop. He would not assist us any further or give us a new phone. He just pushed us away and says it's our problem. Very rude customer service. Now we are off to another AT&T store and if we have to will drive the 45 minutes to West Palm. Thank you AT&T.

My parents have been having issues with their home phone line. My stepmom was having trouble with…read morethe 800 number getting the help she needed for their Uverse line at home, so she decided to stop in at the store. She was greeted by two young ladies and after she explained a little of what was happening, one of the young ladies told her that she probably wasn't paying her bill. Which upset my stepmother. Then the young lady said, "You're probably "bootlegging", your Uverse.". My stepmom is in her seventies and has no idea what "bootlegging" meant as far as technology goes. My stepmother then asked to speak to a manager and the response she received was, to call the 800 number. If this is how AT&T is going to treat their customers, then I think it's time for a change. Obviously their employees need classes on respect.

If you're lucky enough to get someone that speaks English, they disconnect you don't call you back say they're going to help you and never ever do even had one supervisor. Say he was gonna credit my bill and never did. It's a complete joke. They add port line blocks so that you can't transfer your phones even though they are not blocked without your permission took me a week to transfer to Verizon because no one at T-Mobile knows what they're doing. Customer service is a complete joke these days.

The person working was friendly and extremely busy. I bought a few comics from the 1990s and sealed baseball wax packs from the 1980s. There are signs up about the store closing and big discounts before that day arrives. I think they will still be selling on weekends at their other location in B&A Flea Market in Stuart, Florida.

The front of the store was filled with neatly organized shelves of vintage toy cars, barbie dolls, trading cards, action figures, comic books, anime figures, Funko Pops, and sports memorabilia, jerseys, and hats. If there is something you are looking for don't hesitate to ask. The back room is more like a traditional thrift store with furniture, art, home goods, and collectibles. I was told that they are getting rid of the thrift side so that they can use the back room for storage so if there is something that catches your eye they are probably willing to make a deal.
