I always come here for my Xbox needs…read more When I walk in, it's like walking into my old childhood days of games everywhere in like the toys r us store before it closed. There's different systems on the walls, games for the systems etc. The old days with GameStop, they used to have tournaments to play like smash brothers and other stuff that was awesome. I wish they would bring that back. I don't know if that was a covid thing or just business practice but it drove people into the store. I will be back here!

My parents have been having issues with their home phone line. My stepmom was having trouble with…read morethe 800 number getting the help she needed for their Uverse line at home, so she decided to stop in at the store. She was greeted by two young ladies and after she explained a little of what was happening, one of the young ladies told her that she probably wasn't paying her bill. Which upset my stepmother. Then the young lady said, "You're probably "bootlegging", your Uverse.". My stepmom is in her seventies and has no idea what "bootlegging" meant as far as technology goes. My stepmother then asked to speak to a manager and the response she received was, to call the 800 number. If this is how AT&T is going to treat their customers, then I think it's time for a change. Obviously their employees need classes on respect.

Was a customer for 30 years never ever would they give you any break on a phone forced me to go to…read morea new company. Have you ever called their customer service? If you're lucky enough to get someone that speaks English, they disconnect you don't call you back say they're going to help you and never ever do even had one supervisor. Say he was gonna credit my bill and never did. It's a complete joke. They add port line blocks so that you can't transfer your phones even though they are not blocked without your permission took me a week to transfer to Verizon because no one at T-Mobile knows what they're doing. Customer service is a complete joke these days.

Craziest thing is that i broke my phone a few weeks after purchasing my BRAND NEW iPhone 11 PRO MAX. I thought I wasted $1,300 on the new iPhone until i saw they do iPhone repairs, and let me tell you. OMG i thought my phone couldn't look any newer than when i bought it. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!
