The first time everything seemed fine, then I found that Siri wasn't working and nobody could hear me on speakerphone conversations. After research I found a forum suggesting improper placement of an adhesive strip where the microphone for Siri and speakerphone conversations is. This wrongful placement of adhesive was done by the MANUFACTURER of the replacement screen. All that was done to rectify this issue was the technician removed the adhesive with complete disregard for the adhesives purpose...rather than re-aligning the adhesive or finding a replacement screen that didn't need to have the adhesive re-aligned. Management was notified and I was offered a 50% discount to have it replaced again. WHAT??! That's bananas! This store doesn't care for the quality of product they sell and very clearly doesn't care for its customers or reputation.

This place was my last resort so I came by and explained to them what the issue was and dropped my phone off. The next day they called me and told me they were able to turn my phone on and now it's been working just like normal. You have to watch some of these places, they tell you your phone can't be repaired or they buy the phone from you and say they will scrap it for its parts but really they know what's wrong and will fix it and keep the phone to resell at another time.
