I came into the store in regards of having issues with my cellular internet and was introduced by Jonathan the employee there. Unfortunately, he denied the service when not being authorized under the account to get a SIM card replacement. I later called my brother who is authorized under the account. When he asked to speak with Jonathan, he did not want to speak with him or answer any of his questions he had over the account. He was extremely rude and had this face of not wanting to help us from the beginning. I do not recommend this guy to be working there with that attitude & behavior he was giving. If he's done that to me I wonder who else he's done that to. I do not recommend this store for any assistance service as my phone still has issues. LOL read more

My family and I have always used iPhones for years and the transfer/ iCloud back up processes are not the easiest for us. Because of the incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff, our go-to store has always been this AT&T location. Specifically, Jose, Ali, and Jay have been the most patient and helpful with us each and every time we stop by, regardless of what's going on with our phones. They're the reason we come back! They let us know how promotions may benefit us, and they never rush the process when helping us. We leave the store with everything figured out, every time. All the workers there know everything there is to know about the services and processes they offer. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! read more

I have been on the phone with AT&T multiple times the past few days about an issue with my account. Figured I would give it one last shot going in the store to have it resolved. Victor was very nice and helpful and was able to resolve my issue! Definitely restored my loyalty with AT&T considering how frustrating and pointless their online and 1 800 number was. read more

I've been to this store once before and ended up with a bad experience. Fortunately there is a totally different crew there, including the manager. This new group is a complete difference from the old staff. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Only go if you want to get in a fight or get told to leave. Or if you want to call them so they can hang up on you. You can call to talk to a manager, keep in mind everything was your fault. Then he can tell you to come down if you want to toss down. A bunch of kids. save time so you dont feel you need to warn everyone. read more

As soon as I entered in the store, one Display Sign appealed to me I went was close to that and was looking it very interestingly. On manager (Steve's) instruction Salesman approached me, and start shouting, whereas I did not pick up, move/remove or hold the display. I wonder If Manager is like that, what you can expect from his subordinates. I planned to buy iPhone which I didn't buy. I went again to ask Manager's name. I told them that I am placing a complaint against your Store, the answer was "we don't care" I WONDER HOW LONG THEY CAN SURVIVE AND CARRY ON WITH SUCH A BEHAVIOR. read more

The sales reps were very well informed and helped me very quickly and efficiently. The manager even walked me to the door! Easiest and most pleasureable expirience upgrading a phone ive ever had. I would deffinately reccomend this ATT location. read more

Worst customer experience ever. The staff is rude and it probably comes down from the manager. I recently went in for an exchange and instead of explaining why they cannot replace a newly purchased phone the manager commented that "You just want to pick up a fight with me". Will never return to this store again. It is privately owned so they are more interested in profits than customer service. I will file a complaint with ATT as well for rude staff behavior. read more

Customer service was terrible. Training a new sales person who did not listen to what my friend wanted. I am the account owner and my friend was authorized user on the account. A new phone was needed to replace a Samsung ATT flip phone. A new account was asked for and same phone number was requested for new phone. The sales person (Kai) and manager (James) upgraded to a smart phone, did not tell customer that service on smart phone would incur a $40 line fee monthly and my friend left without a new contract and poor knowledge of his new phone. Within an hour my friend returned to this store, to return phone, he asked the sales person (James) to call me and his request was refused. He got his new phone and a new number but was not given clear instructions on how to use the phone. There were clear instructions on my acct for the authorized user of which the sales people did not refer to and I had authorized my friend to be able to keep his number . That did not happen. The customer was not listened to, he did not get what he was asking for, and had to have his number changed . The worst customer service, EVER. I called that evening just after closing and spoke with the manager James. He was defensive, spoke very fast and I could not understand what he was saying. And was distracted and again not listening to me on phone. Never apologized or acknowledge my dissatisfaction. I am a very long time ATT customer. I live in Florida now but grew up in Princeton. I visit regularly. And will spread the word NOT to use this location. read more
