Worst customer service possible. No greet no hello no nothing. Has food on his face from lunch. Does not know how to speak to customers. Went into store and stood there waiting. The only rep was busy and did not acknowledge me. I finally left and called. They said they had a staff of 5 on duty. Ok, so I went back. A big and less than intelligent looking young man yelled at me from across the room. Classy. I was hopeful but he seemed uninterested in helping me. I left and went to Verizon. I'm selling my AT&T stock today. Their customer service is non existent and their reps are sullen, unprofessional, and monosyllabic. These people should be supervised by someone who wants maintain the AT&T brand. These people at the store at 1 pm today at Colorado and Florida were Neanderthals. Zero stars for the entire experience. If you are looking for a new phone forget this specific AT&T. Go anywhere else. read more

Abysmal customer service - the majority of staff are rude, immature, and unknowledgeable, and the issue I had finding my imei number was solved quickly just by simply calling a different AT and T location! This was after spending days coming in asking for assistance and trying to be patient while being spoken down to, mocked, and talked over by a worker who must be straight out of highschool, he was so rude! The only saving grace at this location were RAY and NICKI - both incredibly kind and professional. The rest of the staff need some serious help from corporate. read more

Ray asked me questions that if I to answered incorrectly would have disqualified me from the promotion I was promised. He was not fair and very Slye about his question. They had a promotion going and agent at this store said within 3 months my bill would be all worked out. This has been completely false. It is 6 months later and I am still trying to get charges off my bill. I would recommend switching to another provider. Horrible experience at this store and AT&T customer service. read more

From the newest associates, to the supervisors, to the district manager this location and this franchise should be audited for their predatory practices and complete lack of knowledge and blatant lies to charge the customer fees without their consent and blatantly lie about fixing it and not putting it on and then getting an email the next day that it was added and you are being charged, so you can waste your time on the phone cancelling something you asked specifically not for! Went in for a simple Pre- paid phone activation. 2 hours of the slowest service imaginable bc *Hayden had NO IDEA how to activate a phone. Then *Josh made things more complicated bc he wouldn't actually LISTEN. This was an EASY FIX guys, it's a bit ridiculous to have 4 men at a store & no one can do their job. Avoid AT&T in general, but this store in particular. They don't have access to do anything or make any changes to your account or troubleshoot your account. They tell you to call 611 and 611 tells you to go into a store as it's an "account" issue. 1. I am still trying to be able to get into my account to view my bills since August 2018. I call every month to print them to expense, but they charge for every bill they email me. I was told that I would have access to view/print my bills online. Seems like table stakes these days, right? I am in the store right now with the reps and everyone is now clueless together as to why this is happening. 2. Make sure you get any activation charge waivers in writing/email. They said since I was joining my wife's already established account, they would waive activation. Unfortunately, didn't get that in writing. What is painful experience this has all been for the last 6 months. Finally, they just told me this isn't a real AT&T store and to go to a real AT&T store as this is just an independent retailer. You can't actually tell if there is a difference between a real AT&T store and a non-real AT&T store. Warren and staff are pretty unhelpful and not that versed with AT&T products, do not buy from them. Oh, and AT&T does not work in west Denver and Rino (hence the signs in Rino "AT&T customers, our wifi password is X"). read more

I had the worst experience working with Khaizer at the AT&T store off Colorado Blvd. He was SO rude, led me astray, and ultimately didn't know his business. When signing me up for a service, he told me I was getting 1 thing... printed me off a paper that said something different... then come to find out i got something completely different all together! He also didn't know how to transfer me over properly from Verizon. I called the store 2 times to give feedback on my experience and I spoke to Khaizer one time and another representative the other and they both had THE WORST customer service. The one guy actually hung up on me You know, admitting you were wrong and apologizing can go along way. Khaizer had such pride he wasn't able to admit he was wrong and that he had led me as the customer down the wrong path due to mis-information. He actually had the audacity to laugh at me! Overall, I hope management reads this and will help train this employee. read more

ZERO stars, but it won't let you represent that. All cell phone companies are shady in general but this location TOPS the charts!!! The salespeople will pull the wool right over your eyes with the fast talk and "one time fees." My bill was quoted as one amount and when the bill came through it was MORE than. Double what was specified to me in the store. Employees and management alike tell customers they have no ability to check or change billing at the location, they pass the buck at EVERY opportunity to keep problems off their plate and out of their realm of ability to provide help. Please do not waste your time, patience or money with this business/company/location. Number one in customer service my a**h**e. Terrible all all fronts. read more

My friends and I came in on a Sunday afternoon to this location. Although the store was empty,we waited more than 2 hours for any sort of considerable attention from staff. Each employee paid more attention to the 49ers game instead of helping us with an order. Finally, when we were "helped" both employees admitted that they could not honor a prior transaction. Moreover, both employees helped two female customers who walked in well after us, proceeded to flirt and pay more attention to the football game. I don't know if it was an issue of our ethnic background, but this store mistreated us and failed to serve any professionalism. I hope ATT looks at this store and its incompetent , possibly racist employees in the hope that service improves and customers aren't mistreated and ignored. read more

Any time I can avoid the Apple store and come here, I would. I walked in without an appointment and was shocked to be the only customer. Sam, Tevon and Justin all provided excellent customer service. They answered all my questions, helped me avoid unnecessary charges at the Apple store and were friendly, knowledgeable and made my frustrating phone questions seem manageable. Answered phone calls while working with me, checked his phone, concerned himself with other customers while I'm sitting right there. Then, when incapable of doing his job he said "What do you want me to do?" Seriously, come on. This is absolutely the worst store I've ever been in. Please save yourself frustration and don't go in. Man, these 1 star reviewers ain't kidding! The worst customer service experience I've had in many years. The bar is already pretty low when dealing with AT&T as a corporation, but the staff at this store in particular were atrocious. Where to begin? Incompetent, lazy, passive-aggressive, misinformed...they went way beyond mere indifference to find new levels of ineptitude. Initial sales rep was the opposite of helpful - didn't listen, ignored one of us standing right there (talking about him in 3rd person), didn't present any options or make any effort to sell us on extras or features (other than to steer us into an unwanted financing deal), falsely claimed we would get a $300 trade in credit only to find days later there was no such credit - and took forrrrrever to achieve all this (store wasn't busy at all). Never could figure out her own software system, neither could her manager, nor another staffer on later visits, so closing the transaction required multiple visits (finally resolved it ourselves online). And the thread running through all these interactions was the complete absence of anything resembling concern or interest. Will definitely purchase all future iPhones directly from the Apple Store - even though they get swamped, they at least grasp the concept of customer service. AVOID THIS STORE. read more
