First and foremost, I LOVE the hours they open. Most non-food businesses don't open until 9am or…read more10am. This place opened at 8am. This was extremely helpful for me and other people whose afternoon is non-existent so errands can only happen in the morning. Looking at the staff photo (of them inside the store,) the guy on the far left is who helped me. He was attending to someone before me but he made eye contact to convey he knew I was there waiting. He was extremely helpful in helping me find a battery for my necklace watch and even got the back to open. He installed the battery for me and even set the time for me. I recommend this store to anyone who needs a little thing like a battery and yet it makes a big impact.

Have been a customer for more years than I would like to share. The people who work there have…read morealways been very friendly and kind. They look up and greet you when you enter the store which makes a person feel welcome. I've NEVER had a bad interaction with any of the cashiers. Although I only buy one brand I cant speak to selection but all the shelves appear to be adequately stocked. The value (I buy cartons) is wonderful compared to the stop and shop stores. Also their store hours are clearly posted. Have been a customer for more than several years, but will not be going back when a particular…read morecashier is there due to his obnoxious, and over the top complete rude behavior. When purchasing what was left of a carton of cigarettes I asked for the box. He made a huge ordeal out of it , then made some comments accusing me of doing something to him in the past. Then he took the cigarettes/box and acted like he was taking them back and refusing to sell them to me. This person is a psycho accusing clients of things they never did, and acting like he is the gatekeeper of 7 packs of cigarettes simply because I wanted the box they came in.... So I will be calling to speak with the lady cashier who has always been nice, and started to carry the brand for me to begin with like 5 yrs ago. After I speak with her I will be able to be a customer only when she is working. There was absolutely no reason for this cashier to treat a customer this way, or try to act like somebody wanting the box their cigarettes came in was such a ridiculous thing to ask. What a total weirdo hateful jerk, then top it all off by accusing me of doing something to him in the past which is completely a DELUSION in his mind... Stood there and acted like when the client they originally brought a product into their store for wanted the empty box they just paid over $100 for the contents of said box: that was not allowed!!!! Guess what you are one the tackiest, malicious, hateful, horrendous, passive aggressive weirdos ever to run a cash register. So I will only shop there when YOU ARE NOT THERE TO ABUSE A CUSTOMER SPENDING $100 AND WANTING AN EMPTY BOX THAT THEIR PRODUCT IS PACKAGED IN. SHAME ON YOU ALSO FOR ACCUSING A TOTALLY INNOCENT PERSON OF YOUR DELUSIONAL ACCUSATIONS.

*** The Motto to my Story***…read more There is only one place to buy keyboards. ////// GUITAR CENTER ////// Why? Because buying one can be a daunting experience for an older guy like me. GUITAR CENTER makes it affordable and easy. Their prices are the same as the competition... More importantly, they trust you for 45 DAYS to test your new keyboard. I went through several purchases until I settled on one. Can you imagine the shipping costs I would have endured to return several online purchases? By now return shipping would have equaled the price of the keyboard... BUT GUITAR CENTER never charged me for restocking... not one cent, ever. Now more about the Motto to my story... I am talking about the best store manager ... His name ironically is Andy Motto. Andy Motto's interest, professionalism, and patience with me made it all happen successfully. He has been with me on my journey that started one year ago... For example, my recent purchase in February 2025 had a couple of bad keys. Andy correctly ordered a replacement which arrived in 10 days, but it was a lesser model. Back it went... with another reorder... yes ... that too from the warehouse was the same lesser model. So... Andy called the central warehouse and figured out what had happened... and today I am driving to Webster TEXAS to pick up the correct replacement --- He even pictured the shipping label to be sure we had the right one. Thank you, Andy... Thank you Guitar Center...

I took my iPad Pro to this place to a broken screen. After talking to the store technician he told…read moreme they could replace the screen with a certified Apple replacement screen. I was told before I agreed to have the proceed with the that the screen would be Apple, have a warranty and be ready the next day. It turns out that it took them longer to repair and was replaced with some cheap Chinese knockoff screen. After I receive my iPad back from them supposedly repaired they game me my iPad back in the box that the cheap Chinese part came in. After taking may iPad back home I was able to use it for three days until the screen went black and quit. I had to go back to the store because they would not answer my call. They looked at my iPad and accused me of breaking it tell me it was my fault there product failed and that I would have to buy another screen, After spending over an hour trying to get them to understand the issue and replace the screen with a genuine Apple part I am waiting for a resolution and have opened up a dispute with my ban, i was also able to contact my bank who was able to recotd the conversation. Bottom line I was overcharged for a cheap Chinese part with no warranty and no help costing me $1050 dollar.
