Sat., 3/21/36 3:45 pm. We were treated deplorably by the manager when we came in to ask for assistance getting a port pin to change to Verizon. She was rude even when she spoke to the Verizon lady who helped us. She was absolutely NASTY to both of us. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I give her and AT&T's Customer Service the absolute lowest rating possible. Dreadful woman! I AM CONTACTING CORPORATE. When I called back, a salesman hung up on me, as did the manager on a subsequent call! This was intolerable, and I am not going to allow this disrespectful treatment to go unanswered. I've been an AT&T customer for many years and I have interacted with many employees who were well trained and helpful. Today I had the misfortune of interacting with Tyler at the Decatur, Alabama location. I will never go back. I have never dealt with a more condescending, unhelpful, rude person in my life. He is truly someone who should not be interacting with the public in a service capacity and I do not say this lightly. Avoid Tyler at all costs. If you get him as your associate, ask to wait for someone who will be interested in helping you, willing to allow you to speak without cutting you off, and sincerely interested in solving your problem. Service was trash. I bought two new iPhones and the man who sold them to me added a bunch of extras "add ons" without asking. Then they charged me for one of the phones, but they said the system crashed and they needed to charge me again. The money would return in 3-5 days. It's been over a month. Every time I call the manager tells me he needs to talk to his boss, the DM, about the situation and he'll call me back. This has been 4 different times with no call back. The manager's name is Christopher. Then when I called this last time a guy named Tyler answered the phone and told me "you have two options, I can take your number down (theyve took my number down 3-4 times) or you can call back tomorrow and hope my manager is here". I left my cell charger at my son's house in Arkansas and didn't realize it until I got to my sister's house here in Decatur. I found the AT&T shop and went there to find a replacement. Nice store, great staff. Kaleb was my go-to guy. Come to find out him and his wife used to live in the Upper Haight in San Francisco! Well, he got a replacement recharger for me, I paid and went home and plugged it in. It didn't fit! Aah! So I went back today and Kaleb went through several rechargers until he found the right one. It was an even exchange and now I have my cell phone happily charging up! Good job AT&T Store! read more

I have no complaints about the service, and recently got directv now which I really like so far. However, I swear I'd almost rather go to the DMV than AT&T. Every time I go in I get a run around, 12 sales pitches, and told I have to call customer service. What's the point in having a local store if 70% of the time you end up having to call customer service? The last go around we were moving a line from one family plan to another. Same provider just two different plans and at the same time dropping a line we no longer needed. It took 4 trips to the store and at least 5 calls to customer service to get everything right. Two of the trips we waited 45 minutes for them to take 15 minutes to tell us we have to call customer service. Most of the people are really nice, I know it's not an employee issue. Corporate makes them do it, just makes it a huge headache for the customer read more

Absolutely HATE stepping foot inside the door. Theu sell cell phones and never have the accessories I need. Bypass them, go straight to Best Buy or better yet, Amazon.com. Cheaper and they deliver in a couple of days! read more
