He took a screen out of a box, laid the box on the counter, then took my phone apart. i picked the box up that the screen came out of. I read the box. It plainly stated on the box that it was a LCD screen. So, I asked him if he was sure that he was replacing my screen with an OLED screen. He again said yes. I asked, why then did the box say that it was an LCD screen? He looked surprised, and acted like he didn't know that it was an LCD screen. He then said that he didn't have any OLED screens, and would have to order one. I asked him to put my phone back together and left. I went next door to a different repair shop. They had Soft OLED screens, and replaced it for less than this place was going to charge me for the cheap screen. I can understand someone making a mistake, but be literally told me that they don't make cheaper LCD screens for iPhones. This guy must have thought that I was an idiot. Be careful this place will lie and try to rip you off. I don't know how they got so many good ratings. That's the reason I went there, because they had 4.8/5 star ratings. My mistake.

I was reluctant to try this internet service as I was afraid it would turn out to be like all the other services I had in the past which is a lot and the totally unreliable services I got from the ones in the past but I gave them a shot and chose the cheapest package they had and to my surprise they wound up being the best of all. Even at $59.95 a month I can run my online weather station 24 / 7 plus run all 3 of our TV's, play games on our phones, run our computers and laptops and our tablets at a comfortable pace with no problems whatsoever. We have had 3 strong storms come through here and the first thing I thought was oh boy we're gonna lose our power and internet but to my surprise our internet never even missed a beat. Take your business literally anywhere but here to these dishonest and sorry people. My Dad dropped his guitar off here 6 months ago for a service. He checked in multiple times on when it would be completed and ready for pick, and was repeatedly told it was still not ready. Yesterday he called to check in again, and was told his guitar was sold because when they called to let him know it was ready, he didn't pick up. Nobody ever called. My step mother made a post on FB that blew up because my Dad has owned this guitar for almost 30 years and it's one of his most prized and sentimental possessions. Through her post, a man in Guntersville saw the guitar and realized he had it at his house and reached out. Thankfully, he agreed to meet my Dad and return the guitar to him. Guitars and More General Manager Eric Gibson ended up reaching out to my Dad and told him that he was the one who located the individual and found the guitar. The individual confirmed he was never contacted by Eric, so it was a bold faced lie. We are so thankful to have been able to locate my Dad's guitar thanks to so many people in the community sharing this story, and want to warn others so that no one else has to go through this. There has been zero honestly and accountability throughout this process from Guitars and More, specifically Eric Gibson the GM. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere, where you can be met with honesty, care, and respect.
